What to expect during your initial oral exam!

Good morning!

Many new patients who call us often ask what they can expect at their first initial oral exam, so we thought we would do a quick blog post about it!

Here at Germantown Dental Care, your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, and diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.  All of this is painless and nothing to worry about! We are non-judgmental and work hard to help support our patients in the best oral care possible.

So, what are you waiting for?  Visit us online and contact us today at: www.germantowndentalcare.com
