Best drinks for your child's teeth? Choose tap water!

As National Children's Dental Health month continues, today we want to talk briefly about what types of drinks are best for your child's teeth. "Drinks loaded with added sugar are not healthy choices and should be avoided! Drinks with some added sugars and sweeteners should only be chosen occasionally.  The healthiest beverages have no added sugar or artificial sweeteners" and are things like tap water and low-fat milk.
